Another incredible Wine Dinner is in the books at The Grille! 🍷

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable evening of exceptional food, world-class wines, and great company.

Chef Pete and his amazing culinary team truly outdid themselves, creating one of our best wine dinner menus yet. From the first course to the final dessert, every dish was thoughtfully crafted and perfectly paired with the outstanding wines from Duckhorn Vineyards.

We’re also proud to share that together we raised thousands of dollars for the New Smyrna Beach Police Foundation. Your generosity will help support the men and women who serve and protect our community every day.

Special thanks to Duckhorn Vineyards, our guests, donors, auction participants, and everyone who helped make this event such a success.

We are grateful for the continued support and already looking forward to our next Wine Dinner in July. Stay tuned for details—you won’t want to miss it!

🦐 Chorizo-stuffed local shrimp wrapped in bacon and finished with roasted garlic cream sauce.

🐟 Fried Mangrove Snapper collars served with honey Sriracha Datil pepper butter and house-made pickles.
