An award looks pretty good on the Dill Aquavit, don't you think?

This summer we submitted the 45th Parallel Dill Aquavit to the Bartender Spirits Awards, which is (as the name suggests) judged by bartenders from across the country. We are proud to share this spirit was awarded Gold!

Seems like a great time to raise a glass - Skål!

Our current cocktail feature has been a hit!

Make time to come in this week and try our honeydew drink! We are juicing ripe honeydew in house and shaking it up with mint and lime featuring 45th Parallel barrel aged gin and topping it with a splash of club soda and fresh mint!

It’s a version of a mojito that you don’t want to miss.

As with a lot of our cocktails this one is available non-alcoholic as well! 🙌🏼

We are just a few weeks away from our 15th annual Barrels & Bluegrass event - ready to meet the bands that will be performing this year? 🥃🎶

12:00pm - Billy Bronsted will be our opening musical performance, which means you won't want to be late!

2:00pm - The Pistol Whippin Party Penguins will take the stage midday to keep the good vibes rolling!

4:00pm - Our headlining band, The Foxgloves, will bring the energy for the last performance of the day - and they're sure to end it on a high note!

Don't be surprised if you hear a bagpipe playing in between our bluegrass bands!

The Foxgloves are an Americana/newgrass band from Minneapolis. Their high energy performances, heartfelt storytelling, four-part harmonies, and musical depth have swept them onto big stages throughout the region. This powerful band is making moves you’ll want to witness!

Barrels & Bluegrass is an annual open house event, hosted by 45th Parallel Distillery in New Richmond, WI. There will also be an exclusive, limited spirit release, to be announced in mid-September!

New month, new hours! The restaurant and retail shop returns to regular hours this week - but that doesn't mean summer is over yet! We'll be taking advantage of the patio season as long as we can... 🥂☀️

Wednesday 🎶 Live music from 5pm to 8pm, featuring Nick Hensley, the weekly bike ride takes off at 5:30pm.

Thursday 🧠 Know FACTory Trivia starts at 6pm, and our Bacon Cheeseburger dinner special is available after 4pm!

Friday 🥃 The weekly Fish Fry starts at 5pm and we have a Distillery Tour at 6pm! Open until 9pm.

Saturday 🥂 We have Distillery Tours at 1pm and 3pm (book ahead online)! Open until 9pm.

Sunday 🍕 Brunch is served and the Summer Market is here! We are open 10am to 3pm, and you can shop local vendors and fresh produce at the outdoor market until 2pm.
