We’re celebrating Oktoberfest all September long with our Flammkuchen! 🇩🇪

Flammkuchen—meaning “flame cake”—originated in the Alsace region along the French-German border. Traditionally baked quickly in a very hot wood-fired oven, it’s known for its thin crust, creamy base, onions and bacon. And yep…that combination is every bit as good as it sounds. 🤤
