We’re in for the Vegan Chef Challenge (Vegan Chef Challenge - Southeast) this September 🍅

Our submission: a tomato salad layered over almond aillade with corn and tofu puree, fresh herbs, and a scatter of breadcrumbs. Tomatoes from a handful of local farms, colors shifting all month - whatever’s peak that week!

Bonus: the cabbage and the gazpacho are fully vegan too, if you want to make a full meal of it!

PRIMAL starts this Tuesday with the our one and only Matt Kohl at the fire featuring the Wine & Food of Spain 🇪🇸

Party starts at 6pm. All proceeds will be donated to the ACLU of Louisiana in partnership with Chefs for Justice, a collaboration of more than 20 New Orleans restaurants, bakeries and bars celebrating the contributions of immigrants to our city’s food scene while raising funds to support civil rights.

Every Tuesday in September, some of our favorite chefs from around the city will take over the fire, grilling up a plate of their best.
