A lot of folks recommend for and we don't disagree...but we do recommend branching out a bit. with ham is classic, is light-bodied, fruity, but can have some wonderful earthy tones and tends to be a more affordable buy than Pinot Noir. If you're doing lamb, why not go for ? The Domaine Saint-Damien La Louisiane needs a little time to breathe, but once it opens up it is both powerful and elegant.

Of course, if you're doing give us a call about our offerings! There's nothing better to balance that heat than a hint of sweetness (also, throw some pineapple in your boil!). Hit us up on Drizly or over the phone. We've got you.

April's is the . This old-school has a really cool violet hue from the Creme de Violette and is wonderfully floral with the right gin. We prefer or for ours, but you should use the you like the most!

Recipe:
2 oz of gin

1/4 oz of or other maraschino liqueur

1/4 oz of Creme de Violette

1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice

It's đŸȘ amidst a never-ending series of online meetings and (almost) empty streets, so end your week right with some of our wines that are $15 and under.

The Mon Frere Cab is super plummy and smooth. The Parallele 45 Cotes Du Rhone is one of the best values coming out of France. The Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis is balanced with definite notes of lemon and bright. The Tortoise Creek Sauv Blanc is crisp, fresh, and has notes of white peach.
