One of the great things about sourcing wild-caught Gulf/domestic fish for sushi is the control we have over the final quality. Then there's the fact that there's always something new and exciting. Finally, since we're receiving whole local fish, that translates to lot of other delicious cuts like collars, ribs and cheeks. All of that is in stark contrast to the commodity, factory-frozen block sushi that the vast majority of sushi restaurants use. Oh yes, then there's the fact that we do $6 nigiri and temaki on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Put all of that together and there's no reason not to join us for some truly exceptional sushi, whether you're on a budget or not.
