Wednesday nights at Nikkei Izakaya are all about variety, izakaya classics, Nikkei creations and, of course, great sushi, You can add to that great company, and proof that you don't need a special occasion to eat really well.

Our $6 Nigiri & Temaki specials mirror those from Tuesday, featuring an exceptional selection of wild seafood, including local Gulf yellowfin tuna and red snapper. Additionally, we feature the Pari Pari Spicy Yellowfin Tuna Nigiri ... a favorite of several of our regulars.

And no, this isn't "bargain sushi" dressed up with fancy marketing. It's the same carefully sourced seafood and meticulous preparation we'd be proud to serve at any price point.

There's a reason Monday has quietly become one of our favorite nights of the week at . It's Tsukemen Ramen night. 🥢

If you haven't experienced Tsukemen yet, you're missing out on one of Japan’s greatest comfort foods. Instead of a traditional soup, your springy noodles arrive separate from a deeply concentrated, intensely flavorful dipping broth. Dip, eat, repeat.

On the menu tonight:
- Hot Chicken Tsukemen: Served with tender chashu pork, bean sprouts, red onion, and egg.
- Vegan Tsukemen: A rich soy-based broth featuring avocado, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, fried tofu, and cucumber.

Come on by and cool off! Thursday means Ceviche, Ceviche, Poke and an amazing deal!

Tonight's Selections:

Nikkei Ceviche
Lightly seasoned Gulf fish (tonight is one of our favorites, wild cobia!) with a kiss of sea salt and lime, black pepper, aji amarillo, our Nikkei leche de tigre, then topped with red onions, sweet potatoes, avocado, cilantro, canchita and sea greens

Vegan Nikkei Ceviche
Black beans, cucumber, mushroom, carrots, red onion, lime, cilantro, Nikkei leche de tigre, sweet potato, avocado, canchita and sea greens

Poke - Our version is very fish centric (excellent Gulf yellowfin), that means more fish, over greens or rice (if you like), much more the original Hawaiian-style than your average generic poke joint, that sells a bowl of rice topped with 10 other toppings and a tablespoon of pre-frozen tuna. Get it with rice or organic greens.
