Cajun Spirits Distillery

Cajun Spirits Distillery started when Gus decided he really loved distilling and wanted to distill from local products. Crescent Vodka, the first Louisiana sugarcane vodka, was created. The process starts with fermentation from Louisiana sugarcane and ends with distillation a total of 18 times. 3rd Ward Gin was then created from the vodka base with a juniper forward taste and notes of citrus, lavendar, and coriander. Tresillo rum made from Louisiana sugarcane and molasses is currently aging. The combination of brilliant engineering and a passion for local produce has resulted in the smoothest spirits which are absolutely delicious. No other spirits are as local and made from scratch as Cajun Spirits.
