Should have gotten better photos, but peak our sample bottles given to Cohort VII! It was a pleasure to teach syrup, cordial, and shrub making to these awesome future bartenders. I was so impressed with their attention and questions. Looking forward to what they shake up with Planchette Mixers! Thank you having us!

I spent 6 hours a day for 2 years of my life doing chemistry and physics at . It's stuck with me. I might still have nightmares about the professional level lab reports I was forced to write, but some things have been a big help in making our syrups and cordials. Chemistry came from alchemy. Science is magic 🧙‍♀️

Here we have La Calabaza, made with real pumpkin roasted with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger; Heirloom corn whiskey; and . It's slighly savory, like a pumpkin curry decided to dress up like an old fashioned.
