As we here at the Arabella Dance Hall & Cheese Factory transition from spring to summer, we're trading our festival ground boogieing for pool deck limbo contests and our humble cheese and crackers for more ambitious cheese burgers, like this decadent half-beef half-bacon monstrosity. After eating one of those, we're not sure we could Camembert mere beef ever again. Come on down to the Dance Hall, y'all, and bring your favorite R & Brie with you!
