We are very proud to unveil these cast bronze markers commemorating the legendary history of the Eagle Saloon. These plaques will serve, for generations to come, as an acknowledgment of the Eagle Saloon's foundational place in the musical heritage of New Orleans and the world beyond. Join us. We are pleased to announce that we are currently accepting up to 10 Eagle Saloon Initiative Volunteers for the Fall & Winter seasons of 2017. Our basic requirements are that you live here in NOLA, have a strong passion for all music, and are enthusiastic about the preservation of landmarks like the Eagle Saloon. We require a minimum of 10 volunteer hours per month from each member. Be a part of history as we bring this historic 'Cathedral of American Music' right here in the city of New Orleans back to life.
