Ralph Brennan’s family entered the hospitality business in 1947 with the purchase of the Old Absinthe Bar on Bourbon Street in the New Orleans French Quarter. Today, Ralph is one of eight 3rd generation cousins operating New Orleans-style restaurants in New Orleans, Houston, and southern California.
