It is with a sad heart that I have to announce that St. Charles Bar will be coming to a close... This beautiful old building, which has been listed for many years, has been purchased! Saturday, 8/16, will be Customer Appreciation Day! Please stop by and enjoy some ice cold beer or cockt's with us! On Sunday, 8/17, there will be a special get together for employees (past & present) along with special friends & family! (By invite only)

Mardi Gras 2014! What a season - weather went from cold & coats to short-shorts & sunburn & then to end with Cold w/Rain on Fat Tuesday! Just goes to show you can't predict what the weather will be! In spite of all that, St. Charles Bar delivered regardless! I wanted to thank my wonderful staff & friends for helping us pull thru & make it happen! Those people would be Rebecca, Joe, Patrick, Kyle, Cedric & our girl-at-the-door, Mz. Tighe, along with all of Mz J's friends! Honorable mention goes to our lovely Mz. Kim who provided us all with yummy food to help sustain us! OK - Time to get ready for Wednesday Concerts in the Square! See ya there!
