Why Crawfish Makes You Happy
Louisiana - a place like no other, a place we call home. In Louisiana, food is a reason to celebrate, a reason for the family to gather after mass, a reason to bring one another together in unforeseen times. One Saturday afternoon 4 years ago, my pops, brother, and I were sitting in the driveway pondering on how we could start our dream of owning a restaurant when the neighbors came over and asked us to boil crawfish. As we sat back and watched our friends go back for their 3rd and 4th trays my brother turned to me and said, “Brother, look how happy they are” and that’s when we decided to start our own crawfish business. We want our customers to be happy when they have the T’Don’s experience. Not only is it important for y’all to enjoy our secret blend of herbs and spices, it is our mission to provide you with our Cajun Hospitality and good vibes all around so you’ll keep coming back.
