Our Fish Amritsari Chennai takes the classic North Indian street-style favorite and gives it a coastal twist. American Gulf Red Snapper, marinated with ginger, garlic, and Kashmiri chili, fried till crackling cris. Server hot with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of masala.
