Amanda’s last 3 shifts, today, tomorrow & Friday. She has been with us from (almost) the very start and she has put her heart & soul into our businesses(SoCal & NPH too) in various roles. She has pivoted, made it work, not gotten the answer she wanted and she has always come back. botL wouldn’t be what it is without her. But….her life is moving forward and we couldn’t be happier to see her grow. Let’s wish Amanda & Derrick and their growing family many years of happiness. Come in during the day this week to say hi, bye but either way to bug her a little more while she’s bartending. I’m going to.

Thick AF smoked bacon, fresh tomatoes, Julienne Iceburg, Scotty Cakes, Mancini Bread.

“Scotty Cakes” are potato pancakes made by the fuzzy guy in the background of the picture. His name is Scott and we love him lots. Even more than that really. He’s a big emotional teddy bear and we are lucky to have him as our chef and friend.
