We are drooling over this Savory French Toast with tangy braised pork belly, creamy grass-fed gouda, and tart Door County cherries.
Join us for a Cow & Quince Brunch Fundraiser on October 9, to try this dish and other local favorites!
During the meal, attendees will hear from local organic farmers who have provided ingredients for the meal, and from the Cow & Quince Presents chef and the Executive Director of Marbleseed, Lori Stern. Thanks to a volunteer waitstaff, all tips will be donated to Marbleseed.
