The Bay Head 5K Memory Run is on for Saturday May 18 🙂

This run is hosted by The Kate Shea Foundaton in honor of our sister Kate who passed from Leukemia.

If you’d like to volunteer to help out at the Bay Head firehouse on race morning (registration help, finish line support, and folks on the race course to direct runners.) Please let me know.

And please join us at Martells for the official summer kick off after party!
