We want to take a moment to speak honestly with our customers about some upcoming changes to our hours of operation.
We know that one of the most frustrating things a small business can do is continuously adjust its hours, and we never make those decisions lightly. Over the past several months, we have spent a lot of time reviewing our numbers, evaluating operations, and trying to determine what is truly sustainable for our business long term.
Unfortunately, it is no longer financially practical for Ky’s American Bistro to remain open for dinner service during the week. Because of that, we will be transitioning to updated Bistro hours focused around lunch service.
New Bistro hours will be seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Twin Lions Wine Bar will be open Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., featuring a relaxed atmosphere, drinks, and a small dinner menu.
While this was not an easy decision, we believe it is the right one to allow us to continue serving the same quality food, fresh ingredients, and welcoming atmosphere that so many of you have supported over the last two years.
We sincerely hope you’ll continue to join us for lunch at the Bistro and spend your Friday and Saturday evenings with us at Twin Lions.
Your support, understanding, and loyalty truly mean more to us than words can express. Thank you for continuing to support local, family-owned businesses like ours through every season of growth and change.
