The food is great, the staff is always friendly and accommodating, and our players constantly tell us how much they enjoy playing there. It’s a big part of what makes these events successful.

This session is coming to an end quickly! Just a few reminders.

All players please read this! This is not just for captains. If you notice your team has a balance, or points are missing, reach out ASAP.

We will be in Las Vegas next week for Pool Players Championship. Our office will be closed from 04/24-05/03. Returning in office on 05/04 but we will respond to emails at the end of every day. Good luck to all of our players going this weekend 🙂

----- MATCHES ------

Minimum Matches are 6 this session.- Players who advance to World Qualifier (states) need 10+ lifetime matches in the format they are playing-

---- BALANCES AND BONUS POINTS ------

Any accounts with a balance after 04/30 will be removed from playoff eligibility. **we have a very short turnaround from end of session to tri-annuals and will only have 1 day to turn the stats around**. Invoices have gone out for any teams with a balance. If your scoresheet has a balance on it, please reach out ASAP. There will be no exceptions to this rule as the payments are due weekly. Anyone carrying a balance on 04/30, will be removed from playoffs.

- Bonus points will not be reinstated after April 30th unless league office errors.

-Any teams with a balance, at the end of the session, will result in suspensions until balance is paid per national rules.

----- NEXT SESSION ------

Please check the box in scorekeeper about returning or not for the summer session.- Many divisions have a wait list. If you drop your team in summer, you are not guaranteed a spot in Fall. If we fill the spot for summer, they have first dibs on the spot in Fall. We will open up a wait list for returning teams in July.

05/16 & 05/17 - 8 Ball Tri-Annuals

05/30 - 9 Ball Tri-Annuals

05/31 - 8 Ball World Qualifier (States For Vegas)

06/06 - 9 Ball World Qualifier (States For Vegas)

All of the above tournaments will be at Buckland Billiards. Arrival times will be updated as we get closer to the date.

Yale Billiards and US 1 Billiards have waitlists on most nights. US1 is looking to host a couple of 8 ball teams on Tuesday nights.
