Update as of 12:30 p.m. on April 15: We have resolved the underlying processing issue that caused duplicate transactions to appear on some accounts. While additional system work is continuing, customers can access their funds using debit cards, ATM cards and by visiting NBT Bank branches.
Important note: Digital banking systems are experiencing a high volume of activity and ongoing maintenance activity, which may affect access for some customers. We encourage customers to contact their local branch or to visit an NBT Bank ATM to check account balances.
