We conspired and came up with The Sixes “Brutus”, a freshly tossed Caesar salad with buffalo dry rubbed fried chicken and deep fried cheddar cheese curds rolled up in a warm flour tortilla wrap!

Sometimes the most magical things happen when you look at something from a different perspective…. The possibilities!

Like, why couldn’t a classic Linguica Cheese Roll be a quesadilla … with like, pepper jack and Monterey Jack cheeses, spicy banana peppers all folded in a crispy grilled flour tortilla… you could even serve it with scratch made Mozambique sauce on the side for dipping! That’d be pretty cool.

Or maybe take a classic stuffed quahogs recipe… one with New Bedford Linguica, peppers, onions, and sweet bread but instead of an in edible quahog shell… you rolled it up in a wonton wrapper… fried it until golden and served it with hot drawn butter… yeahhh then there’s no waste!

Just some deep Thursday thoughts at Sixes & Sevens… you know how we do 💡
