Charles McMahon, age 63 of Carmichaels, Pa., passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 in his home. He was born April 11, 1963 in Franklin, Ohio a son of the late Clifford Opperud and Pauline Rook. Charles was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed raising chickens. He worked as a carpenter and loved spending his free time with his grandchildren. Charles married Angel Perkins McMahon, who survives.

Also surviving is a son, Anthony McMahon, Sr. (Amanda) of Carmichaels; a daughter, Felicia Lemley (Charles) of Carmichaels; four grandchildren, Anthony McMahon, Jr., Wesley M. McMahon, Kelsey-Mae McMahon and Theo Lemley; a sister, Debbie LeBlang. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins. Deceased in addition to his parents is a son, Wesley E. McMahon; a grandchild, Daxton Lemley; a brother, Donald McMahon and a sister, Dorothy Sue McMahon.

Family and friends are welcome from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 where a funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. in the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home, Inc., Carmichaels, Pa., Paul M. Lesako, Funeral Director/Owner and Aaron S. Walker. Interment will follow in Laurel Point, Carmichaels, Pa.

Charles McMahon, age 63 of Carmichaels, Pa., passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 in his home. He was born April 11, 1963 in Franklin, Ohio a son of the late Clifford Opperud and Pauline Rook.
