Can’t wait to see you guys this weekend!!!!
THE SKELETON. DROP THREE OF THREE. THE GRAND FINALE.
Plenty of bands slap a skeleton on a shirt. Usually, it's snarling, on fire, or generally up to no good.
Ours is just having a great time.
Look at him. Kicked back in a pile of microphones, drumsticks, and guitar picks. A rose in the ribcage, throwing the horns from a fully reclined position. Not menacing. Not spooky. A happy skeleton who has clearly caught a lot of great shows and regrets none of them.
Across the top, it reads "Since the 1900s." We started in 1999, but we like to wear the centuries with pride.
We set him up at The Mine Tavern, or our little tribute to it, anyway. The Mine's closed for now, so this one's the magic of AI, but there was no way we were launching a shirt design at a show in our hometown without a nod to the bar that's been good to this band since before we deserved it. (And sure, "since the 1900s" is fun to put on a shirt, but it doesn't hold a candle to "since 1842." Although a few nights in there, it did feel like we'd been around that long too.)
So if you're already mapping out what you'll wear to the Mine's grand reopening, allow us to make a suggestion. Picture it: a room full of happy skeletons, a cold one in every hand, the old place back and better than ever. We'll be there. Save us a stool. With any luck, we can talk Ron Norway into booking us an acoustic show as a proper stress test for the new masonry.
Printed on the front only, on a charcoal blend that finally explains why our skeleton looks so at peace. That serene, fully reclined, not-a-care-in-the-world energy? That's not the afterlife. That's just how it feels to wear this thing. We obsessed over the blend until we landed on something soft enough that the second you put it on, you and the skeleton are operating on the exact same frequency: horizontal, content, and in no particular hurry to get up.
Here are the details:
• Soft charcoal blend, cream front print
• Sizes S through 4XL (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL)
• $30 for one—$25 each when you grab two or more
• Card only—Cash is welcome, but we're not making change, so the leftover is a tip, and we thank you for your generosity
• Only at Starbrick Music Festival in Nelsonville
That's all three. Fractured Mark, Moon Phases, and the Skeleton. The whole collection is available once, in one place. We'll see you at Starbrick Music Festival. And someday soon, at The Mine Tavern
