Our collaboration West Coast Pilsner with 3 Sheeps Brewing is out now!

Here’s a behind the scenes look at the packaging of “The Lion Sheeps Tonight.” This style of b**r combines the crisp drinkability of a Pilsner with everything we love in a West Coast IPA.

The Lion Sheeps Tonight is currently on tap at both Lion’s Tail locations, as well as 3 Sheeps’ taproom in Sheboygan. You can expect to see this one hit distribution locally, and throughout Milwaukee and Madison very soon!

Oktoberfest is 7 days away, but we have NEW MERCH today! And speaking of today - our Neenah taproom is back to opening at 3pm on Fridays until the Spring!

8 days until our 11th Annual Oktoberfest Festival which means 8 days until you can get your hands on these.

We partnered up with Thunderbird Bakery & Cafe to bring you this entirely local take on the incredible Austrian treat - Kaiserschmarrn. A fluffy, pancake-like dessert packed with local apples, nutmeg, topped with ligonberry jam, and lightly-dusted with powdered sugar.

Our Charitable partners will be on-site, hosting games and serving up the following food options in an effort to raise money for their respective organizations:

This week we’re releasing something we’ve been excited about for a while - our collaboration West Coast Pilsner with our friends at 3 Sheeps Brewing Company.

“The Lion Sheeps Tonight” (5.7% abv) features Simcoe, Centennial, HBC 638, and Amarillo hops making this modern b**r style the perfect blend of crisp and tropical. Luke, Nate, and Josh from 3 Sheeps came to Neenah last week to get their palettes on the final product, help on the canning line, and share some wisdom.

We walked away from this packaging day with more than the satisfaction of a Mihm’s Charcoal Grill Menasha burger and another b**r to share with all of you, but the clear value in these relationships and why we do what we do.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and co-worker, Connor Eiff.

Connor was one of those rare people who made every room better just by being in it. He knew more facts about more things than anyone we've ever met, and always had an interesting story to share. We were lucky to have him behind the bar and in our lives.

We invite everyone who knew and loved Connor to join us for a Celebration of Life on Tuesday, September 8th from 2:00 - 7:00PM in the L***rhouse Room at our Wauwatosa taproom. The space will be reserved for his family, friends, co-workers, and anyone whose life he touched.

Come when you can, stay as long as you'd like. We'll share stories, play the music he loved, and celebrate the person he was and the memories he gave us.
