*Differences in champagne and Prosecco
*How to open champagne and wine bottles
*What to look for in tasting notes
*How to become a tasting pro!

This week we are featuring ‘June’s Joy’ from farms.

A farmstead cheese maker located just west of Austin. Amelia Sweethardt lavishes attention on her herd of Alpine and Nubian goats and her cheese, which she carefully makes by hand. June’s Joy is named after her son. She takes her signature fresh chèvre and blends it with Texas honey, black pepper and thyme, creating a well-balanced spreadable cheese.
