Alcohol free beverages have become a love of mine. A well crafted beverage is not just about alcohol. It's about ingredients, flavor and technique. That is one of many reasons that Perfectly Cordial was created. For an inclusive drinking environment that everyone could enjoy and fell welcomed.

It's also a part of my family's Sunday routine to watch CBS Sunday mornings every week. We love the stories that take us through all the emotions. Your crying 1 second and laughing the next. Inspired to try something new and see new things.This Sunday is the food show. And anyone who knows me, knows .... Hospitality is my middle name. “For those of you focused on collaboration and community, you have a kindred spirit in Keshia Hay, the private chef behind and .
Keshia is based in Nashville and began cooking in grade school, making after-school snacks with her best friend.
“My first successful dish was pineapple chicken in fifth grade,” she recalled, laughing.
Keshia studied fashion in college, but a trip to France helped her realize her true calling. Over the years, she has worked in bartending, baking, catering, and restaurants, then finally stepped out on her own last year.
“To turn my dream of entrepreneurship into reality has been a blessing,” she said.
“Doing what I love and ‘cheffing’ full-time has been one of the biggest accomplishments I’ve made and there’s so much more to come.”

In addition to her private chef work, Keshia does menu consultations and runs her virtual supper club.
This month’s theme, Southern Solstice, is inspired by Black female poets, and Keshia drops a new menu each Friday on her Stories (check her Highlights too!).
Orders for the dinners must be placed by Monday at 6 p.m., and the contact-less deliveries are made on Thursdays (Know anyone in Nashville who might be interested? Tag them in the comments!)⁠.

“In the early morning hours of Friday, May 29, Du Nord Craft Spirits ()was severely damaged amidst the citywide protests.
This Minneapolis distillery is owned by the American Craft Spirits Association’s immediate Past President and unsung craft spirits advocate, Chris Montana.
Several fires were set inside the distillery’s warehouse-located on the same block as the Third Precinct police station, the epicenter of the unrest, which triggered Du Nord’s fire suppression system and dumped more than 26,000 gallons inside the facility over the course of four to four and a half hours.
While the system prevented the fire from destroying the building, the damage was vast.
Just days before, Chris was distributing hand sanitizer, produced at DuNord, to first responders.
Please help restore peace and rebuild DuNord.
Let Chris and his distillery team know he is not alone.
Let him feel our collective embrace.
