The perfect place for a funny night out & an elevated comedy club experience.
We believe that sticking to the basics and doing them really, really well is the best path to success. It is exemplified in our name, our programming, and even the venue itself. We offer great comedy, for a decadent price, in a beautiful venue that serves quality food / drinks with exceptional guest service. People don’t visit our establishment just for the comedians on our stage. They come to us for a comedy club experience.
Back in 2011 The Comedy Bar was just starting out as a single show in a downtown Chicago bar. It quickly gained popularity and began to expand to meet the demand. By 2015, the club joined forces with Chicago staple, Gino’s East.
Our grand opening in Nashville was held in late March of 2019. Right now The Comedy Bar - Nashville offers three shows a week, Thursday through Saturday evenings, plus Sunday’s Comedy Brunch. Plans are in the works to expand our lineup and potentially offer multiple nightly shows. Many exciting things are happening as we continue to aid in the growth of Nashville’s very own comedy scene.
