Come with me to set up a wedding at Trinity View Farm 🤍

A little behind the scenes of what wedding days look like for Mid July Designs! Loading in, setting up all the details, and watching everything finally come together

There’s something about getting the opportunity to turn a seating chart into a full design moment that I will never say no to. 🤍

For this one, we took the couple’s love of golf and ran with it. An 8ft backdrop display, a giant draped banner, and custom details brought the entire concept together while still feeling elevated and intentional.

I’ll always love a clean and classic seating chart, but when a couple gives me the opportunity to make it a little over the top, you know I’m taking it. ⛳️

Because your seating chart can help your guests find their seats and still be one of the coolest design moments of the night.

Proof that a seating chart doesn’t have to be massive to make a statement 🤍
Still one of my favorite garden-inspired designs. Soft florals, layered shapes, and the prettiest green made this smaller-scale seating chart feel just as special as a full installation.

Because sometimes the little details really do make the biggest impact.

Handmade details make all the difference ✨

A little behind-the-scenes look at how I created these custom wedding table numbers from start to finish. From the design itself to choosing the materials and bringing each piece together, I love getting to turn a small detail into something that feels completely intentional to the wedding day.

Save this for your wedding signage inspiration 🤍

I've made invitation suites, 25 ft welcome signs, seating chart installations, countless day-of details... and somehow these two sweetheart table bows have gotten more messages than almost anything I've ever created. 😂🤍

Honestly, I get it. There's something about an oversized satin bow that feels both timeless and dramatic at the same time. They completely transformed the sweetheart table and became one of those little details that guests couldn't stop talking about.

Safe to say these bows have officially earned a permanent spot in my rental collection. ✨

A seating chart that has lived rent free in my mind for months now!

My most favorite custom build of 2026 — a true showstopper from top to bottom. From the ornate framing to the acrylic panels and lush garden-style florals, every detail was designed to feel timeless, romantic, and perfectly elevated.

Wondering what luxury details we will create in 2026? 🤍

A wedding where every little detail told a story 🤍
From lush ivory florals and glowing candlelight to white-on-white monochrome table numbers that blended seamlessly into the tablescape. Every element felt refined and intentional. Sculptural linens, embossed paper goods, silk ribbons, and delicate calligraphy layered together to create a look that was timeless and elevated.

Classic. Romantic. Timeless.
