Star-Crossed brings vodka, passion fruit, and vanilla to a citrusy, spiced bloom with a crack of black pepper.

Night Trader is bold and bittersweet — Trovador Rum, espresso, amaro, and a whisper of plantain.

Fall’s Summer blends tequila with guava, grapefruit, and pumpkin spice — autumn wrapped in citrus and warmth.

Slow Burn is the showstopper: Komos Reposado Rosa, sea buckthorn, lime, and agave over currant ice, kissed with heat.

This fall, gather 21 stories above Nashville for a cabana escape wrapped in crisp air, city views, and slow-swirled indulgence.

New this year: alongside our signature Comté and Swiss Emmental cheese fondue, we’re introducing decadent Guanaja Chocolate fondue — available daily from 12 pm to 10 pm. Choose savory, sweet, or both for the ultimate rooftop experience.

Perfect for two to six guests. Fireside Fondue is a two-hour experience.
