We are a local brewery/taproom that was established in Hooksett, NH in June of 2009. We have since e We push the boundaries of what beer is. We push the envelope.

We started making beer in June of 2009 in Hooksett, NH in 15-20 gallon batches. The advent of our first calendar year saw us go from a half barrel a day to about two barrels a day. Thanks to the continued interest in our beers we have grown to a custom 30 barrel system. We are consistently dedicated to the creation of thoughtful, heartfelt ales for the fun-loving beer drinker. Our styles range fro

m historical, through contemporary, to the avant-garde. Each batch of beer is carefully brewed by hand, and left unfiltered for an exceptional depth of flavor. We strive for excellence and are always looking for ways to improve our beers. While we're definitely in the sour beer market, we're continually tweaking, changing, and trying new things. I purchased White Birch Brewing to continue the dream of bringing creative and flavorful beers to you. In the end, our goal is simply to bring the highest quality, best-tasting liquid to the marketplace. Cheers,

Come on down folks, got the tv going with the nfl games, we’re pouring until 5pm only. Let’s see if we can kick the rest of these kegs.
I have a few cases left of the black cherry sours -‘d birch lite.
Also we’ll be doing $5 pour of birch lite and $7 pints of everything else. Cheers all!

In 2020 while Covid was running crazy, business's were locked down and we were forced to cut capacity our Boiler had failed. Thankfully we had great insurance and our Insurance co was able to settle the claim and replaced our Boiler with a brand new one. We hired a local HVAC Company that seemed competent and had great reviews. He was able to replace the old boiler and got us back up and running... Unfortunately in July of this year that brand new boiler had failed again. We filed a claim on our insurance and unfortunately it was determined that the HVAC company that did the work had actually installed it incorrectly causing our boiler to malfunction. We filed a claim against his Insurance and as a result of the faulty workmanship we lost our entire Distribution Business. White Birch was built around Distrbuting our beers throughout several states along with a thriving and fun on-site business. Unfortunately the Ins Co representing the HVAC company has not taken our claim seriously and has decided that they are too busy to settle our claim in a timely manner. As a result of the Boiler breakdown we haven't been able to keep up with some of our bills including Rent. As a result of the Ins company's failure to settle the claim in a timely manner we are forced to close our doors. We are devistated at what has transpired and so we are hoping all of our great friends and supporters can stop down and share a few laughs and memories over a couple of beers before the Sheriff locks the doors on us. I am not sure when the Sheriff is coming but we are open today until 7PM and we are planning on being open normal hours thru Sunday unless the Sheriff comes and locks the doors. It has been our privilege and honor to have built such amazing relationships with our great customers and friends!! Please stop in and raise a pint with us as Mgo, Dylan, Zach, Al and myself are beyond heartbroken right now!

Some cold crappy weather calls for a nice juicy sour to help brighten up your day. One of my personal favorites the Tangerine, we’re running low on the cans to go of this bad boy. So come on down grab some to go or have a nice can pour and come hang out with me while we watch France/Morocco at 2pm. Hope to see ya soon!

Happy Tuesday everyone! We put on a couple tasty returning small batches like the The BOM sour as well as our New Moon IPA sour. If you like a strong Citra New England IPA the New Moon is most definitely for you. Where the hell did this snow come from?! It’s ok folks, I got something that should warm ya right up. The Indulgence Stout, bold and smooth at the same time definitely doesn’t feel like a 10.5% stout for sure. Come on down and enjoy a nice pint with me. 12-7pm cheers!

Happy Saturday y’all, the boys in the back are at it again! Candy sours are just insane right now with us. This may not be the sexiest looking beer but damn it it’s amazing. introducing the Green Goblin sour, aka Nerds sour. So good the smell is amazing the taste is just fantastic. Come on down I’ll be open 12-9pm today, so take advantage of the later closer. Come have a nice pint or a flight and come watch the France/England game at 2pm!

Happy Friday everyone! It’s finally the weekend! we have plenty to offer today. Not only is it PINTS AND PRINTS 6-9 pm, but we also have beers including our small batch Starburst Sour that has been flying off the tap, our green goblin(Nerds) sour, our black Cherry sour and New Moon NEIPA! If you’re not staying for the Pints&Prints, come grab a pints, 4-pack or a case to go today, Zach and Mgo will be pouring beers this evening from 5-9 Zach will be here all day! We are a small craft Brewery Specializing in Amazing Sour Beers and pride ourselves on creating what we feel is the best beer around! In our Tasting room, which is open 7 days a week from 12-8, we always have 12 different beers on Tap ranging from an IPA to a sour to creative Brewery only releases.

We offer a relaxing environment that was designed to be enjoyed and visited often. From the hardwood on the floors, to the custom ceiling and all the black molding to the comfortable bar.
