CHAR CHAR BINKS: September Cocktail Of The Month
This late-summer sipper features tequila, lime, agave, green Chartreuse, and cucumber with a foam topper made with Charentais melon, curacao, salt, and citric acid. Cocktail creator, Bartender Alyssa, is a huge Star Wars fan and named this drink in honor of the CHARtreuse, CHARentais, and a quickly written-out-of-the-franchise movie character.
It's really delicious and I recommend using a straw or you may end up with a melon-foam mustache.

I first saw him about 30 years ago when he performed with Rockabilly pioneer Ray Campi, and have kept an eye and ear on him since then as he's produced, performed, and written about music in genres across the spectrum.
It's a thrill to welcome him to The Fink tonight with the band Voodoo 5. Join us for an amazing evening of mid-century exotica and jazz featuring powerhouse vocalist, Lena Cardinale, who conjures the spirit and voice of the legendary Yma Sumac.
