Started off Christmas week at for their sparkling flight 🥂with a macaroon pairing, and it did not disappoint!

We got to experience their brand new renovation to the basement level and the holiday decor is spectacular. It was a lovely way to relax before the rush of the holiday.

Our favorite pairings were the raspberry macaroon with the sparkling rosé and the pistachio macaroon with the demi sec sparkling!

Today we celebrated baby Teal’s 10 month birthday at 🍷🍼

This is a special place to us not just because Brendan is a shareholder and investor of or because B.R. Cohn has great wines, olive oil, and music. 🎶 🫒 🍷 This winery is special to us because it was here a few years ago that we came up with the name for our daughter 💙

It was at their annual shareholder passport experience where a lead singer in one of the bands was a spunky and talented lady named Teal. We looked at each other and even though we were not yet pregnant 🤰 we decided if we had a daughter, we would name her Teal.

🥂This seemed the perfect place to enjoy some wines today and celebrate 10 wonderful months with Teal at this beautiful family friendly winery in Sonoma which will always be a special place to us. 💙

What a great night of cheese 🧀 and bubbles 🫧 with at tonight!

We looked forward to this all year, I think we reserved a spot back in January during 🥂

So many new cheeses to explore our favorites tonight were:

🐮 🇫🇷 Madame Loïk cows milk and buttermilk from France which we will absolutely be putting on a bagel 🥯

🐮 🇫🇷 The triple crème Grès Champenois cow’s milk from France

🐮 🇳🇱 And the Stompetoren cow’s milk Gouda from the Netherlands in the Beemster style

🇺🇸 We always love our local crowd pleasers the Pt Reyes Truffle Toma and the surprise treat of the Oregon Rogue River Blue 💙

All paired beautifully with sparkling wines from Spain and France 🍾 the Princesa Cava, Gustave Lorentz Crémant Brut Rosé 100% Pinot Noir from Alsace, and the Champagne Palmer blanc de blancs 100% Chardonnay.

We had a beautiful time exploring the vineyards and gardens at 🍷 🪴

We got a tour of the edible gardens and got to smell all the notes of red and white wine varieties in their expansive grounds. So many sights, smells, and tastes at this gorgeous property in Santa Rosa!

We had a wonderful morning at this weekend.

We became members at Hall over 5 years ago and a lot changed since then. It was the very first winery we became a member of when we first started dating and it was years before we moved to Napa.

We loved our escape from the city each quarter to come to wine country to get our shipments and celebrate special occasions with our favorite Cabernet.

Every weekend we came up here during our house hunt we would stop by one of their tasting rooms Hall or Walt and review the options and often times submit an offer, 6 failed offers later and many glasses of wine 🍷 with the love and support of the Hall and Walt teams, and we finally moved to Napa. (Jogo from Hall and Jeanette and Josh from Walt in particular were there for us for every up and down!)

We came here to discuss when we were ready to start a family, and even brought friends and family to visit throughout our pregnancy. The first bottle of wine we shared together after the baby was born was our favorite Jack’s Masterpiece which we brought to dinner at

And this weekend we brought baby Teal to meet the loving family friendly team at Hall and visit the property that has meant so much to us over these last 5 years!

Enjoying a beautiful baby moon this weekend in Healdsburg. So many treasures just an hour from home. 🍇

🏠 We stayed at the beautiful and historic and got amazing local winery recommendations from Brianna and Jenn.

🍷 We first stopped at for a mezze platter pairing and their Sonoma Coast wines.

🎨 Then headed to where we got to enjoy wine, art, and sushi with A3L3X the owner and artist! 🍣

💎 Our third stop was where we enjoyed amazing wines and hospitality from the new owners and some delicious pairings in celebration of their new releases.

🧀 We we’re delighted by a gorgeous happy hour at River Belle Inn and then walked downtown for dinner at and the pork belly biscuit sliders were divine! 🍔

It’s been a relaxing and inspiring day and we are grateful to all the entrepreneurs and dreamers we have met in this small town. Each tasting room was like stepping into someone’s dream and the hospitality has been unrivaled. Can’t wait to come back with baby Teal in the future! 🍼
