It’s finally Stampede Week. 🤠

18 hours of smoke. Months in the making. One unforgettable taco.

To celebrate our favorite week of the year, we teamed up with Smokin Iron BBQ Restaurant & Catering to bring Snake River Farms Gold Grade Wagyu brisket to Mesa. Smoked low and slow for 18 hours, then topped with fresh cole slaw, hot honey BBQ sauce, and crispy fried onion straws.

The result? A taco that’s smoky, sweet, crunchy, and melts in your mouth.

A huge thank you to Tonya - Duchess of Brisket and the entire Smokin’ Iron crew for helping bring this special collaboration to life.
