Our name originates from the Fredonia Rebellion (1826-1827), which started the Texas Revolution. Our motto is, "Brewed with the independent spirit that created T

-Various flagship brews on tap year-round as well as limited and seasonal releases throughout the year, plus a house-made non-alcoholic root beer, Messina Hof wine on tap, rotating Cider from around Texas & beyond, locally crafted Mead, & a selection of soft drinks.

-Rebellion Pizza Kitchen: specialty pizza choices as well as build-your-own pizza options and a pizza + drink combo. GF options as well

-Rotating local food trucks that offer a variety of fares from BBQ to Indian food and everything in between

-Live local music every Friday & Saturday night in our beer garden

-You can reserve our brewery for events ahead of time or just gather up your crew for a party the day of

We want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out and supported us last night! The turnout was incredible, and we can't tell you how much your support means to us. Seeing so many familiar faces (and meeting new ones) is what keeps us fired up and doing what we love!

We know the line got a little long at times, and we truly appreciate your patience. Please know that our team is always working hard behind the scenes to get every order out hot, fresh, and as quickly as possible. Your understanding and support never go unnoticed.
