Friday October 2nd Our Italian Sausage & Peppers Hoagie is on the specials board tonight!
Juicy Italian sausage with red & yellow long peppers, all simmered in our special red sauce. We pile it onto a garlic-butter toasted hoagie and finish it with Pecorino Romano cheese and fresh basil…
Pair it with an order of stuffed cherry peppers. ‘Sweet’ cherry peppers stuffed with dry-brined pepperjack cheese and prosciutto!
Spicy So-Dirty pickles are back too!
Garlicky, dilly, and swimming in New South’s very own So Dirty b**r brine. Topped with pepperjack cubes to round out the spicy hit.
They won’t last long….
And, don’t forget the ‘ZA! We’re serving up your favorite pizza too!

Chris has been listening to your requests and has been delivering, trying to do right by y’all! Going into the holiday season, what are some holiday b**rs that you’d like to see return to the taproom, or alternatively, what are some holiday b**rs/styles that we haven’t done that you’d like to see us put out?

Hey y’all, Chris here, I’m the Assistant Brewer here and do many of the small batch b**rs that we release every weekend in the taproom.

I’d really like to know what some of your favorite small-batch b**rs are that we have done, and which ones you’d really like to see return to the taproom! Cheers, and drink local!

It’s a gorgeous day for a b**r!
Slide on in y’all, we have phat Key Lime Pie b**rs, Rye Barrel Aged Oktoberfest (in cans too!), and everyone’s favorite set of IPAs around! There ain’t nothing better to today than to come out here and grab a b**r and some of PFC Creations fantastic food (according to Chris, especially since the Gamecocks don’t play until 7pm). Hope to see y’all soon!

Oh my, what a beautiful day! Come on out and help us out - we need you to tell us which Key Lime b**r you like best. Sweet and creamy wheat OR Tart and chewy sour? Better yet, try a 1/2 and 1/2 in a glass and get the best of both worlds.

PFC Creations has an amazing menu for Tuesday (9/22) to to continue our celebration of Oktoberfest into DISC GOLF PUTTING LEAGUE! We also have fresh Rye Barrel Aged Oktoberfest and Dry-Hopped Pilsner! And, we are going to extend our 50% Oktoberfest Case deal through 9/22. It will be a great day to hit some chains, drink some marten, and down some grub!
