This is a lamp made from a piece of driftwood that my girlfriend Candace suggested I pick up off of the ground while we were in a park in North Carolina. She suggested I make a lamp out of it. I thought it was a great idea and made it. I bought the lampshade and glued bark all over it. It turned out to be 31 inches high.

Here is what I did to make a new headboard. I left the existing one attached to the bed and then cut ten white pine boards, stained and varnished them, and then screwed them to the old headboard to match the bedroom along with the beautiful bed cover and pillow cases Candace bought me! I had made a shadow box for the Atlanta Braves and sent it to them. Brian Snitker, who is the coach of the Braves sent me two baseballs. One signed just by him, and the other signed by him and the team. This is a display case I built for them, plus the baseball cards.
