Hello sweet friends and neighbors. Hoping everyone is recovering after last weeks tornado in south Muskogee (Muskogee County). This was such a lesson in safety as far as the controversial high winds / F1 tornado swiftly made its way across our beautiful country-side wreaking havoc on so many families and properties. (Even in the event of strong-lined winds a shelter is recommended.)

We have been posting tips to staying safe during storms and after as opposed to pushing shelters on anyone during these times out of respect, as we are a locally-owned, family business. Putting too much pressure on anyone these days, especially over the last few months, is the last thing we want to do.

We are here and open regular hours 8-5 M-F 8-12 Sat and have lots of options available for you to look at. We look forward to serving you and we thank you for allowing us to serve you for the last 10 years.

Friends and neighbors, please stay safe.
“You can still be seriously hurt after a tornado hits. In a study of post-tornado injuries following a strike in Marion, Illinois, 50 percent of tornado-related injuries were found to have happened after the main event during rescue attempts, cleanup and other post-twister activities, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).”

Though the worst might appear to be over, tornado survivors should continue to use extreme caution after the initial threat has passed.
