Truly, Thank you for a GREAT first day of our webpage being live! We had a ton of people sign up for their free Sherwood product and follow along with us, and the adventure begins.

3 Days to Launch: “Elevate Your Experience" Have you ever heard someone say, “Ma*****na saved my life?” You have now, because I’m Jason Thurkettle, CEO and founder of Sherwood, and ma*****na saved my life.

Before Sherwood, but after I fell from a ladder while working and destroyed my knee, there were the pain meds. And the side effects. The dark years and depression? It hurts to look back on those times (and makes me even more in love with my wife who stood by my side and steered our family during them). Ma*****na saved my life, and Sherwood exists to save others.

Three days before our Sherwood website launches and brings the opportunity to elevate your experience with cannabis -- to set the bar and elevate expectations of what the cannabis industry is and can be -- I’d like to personally thank some of the pioneers of this burgeoning industry. They’ve been at the front lines battling and banging down doors to make medical and recreational cannabis accessible to all.

The inspiration behind Sherwood, thank you for your dedication and commitment to the cannabis community: Cervantes (my mentor who’s taught me more about ma*****na than anyone else); Times; -Aid; Thomas Tong; Emerald Cup; Magazine (and cooper ); and Green Group.

Many thanks, Cimone Casson (on the planning commission in Muskegon) for the hard work you do -- we can’t wait to get started on the Back to Work Program! Together, we’ll create cannabiz incentive, opportunity, and employment throughout the state. Thank you, too, to Sherwood’s licensing and regulatory team, Eric Foster Banks & Company, LLC. It takes a village, and thank you for being part of “the forest” of Sherwood.

As we countdown the days until our site launches, bringing us that much closer to our grand opening (Coming Soon, stay tuned), we’d like to give a nod to our neighbors, Park Place Provisionary, right up the road from Sherwood here in Muskegon, and Redbud Roots, LLC in Michigan. Again, we’re honored to conduct business with your kind and to add to our Michigan Cannabis Community!
