🍷 Introducing W**e Pairing Wednesdays 🧀

Every Wednesday we pair one of our w**es with something worth eating. Cheese, chocolate, charcuterie, whatever the week calls for.

Week One: Emmentaler + Rosemary's Rosé

Emmentaler is the original Swiss cheese, and it is a lot more interesting than the shrink-wrapped stuff that borrowed its name. Pale gold, firm, and smooth, with a mellow buttery flavor up front and a warm nutty finish that lingers like toasted almonds. It's a gentle cheese. Nothing about it shouts.

Which is exactly why it works with Rosemary's Rosé. Our Pink Catawba brings bright strawberry and a semi-sweet finish, and that fruit lands right on top of the Emmentaler's nuttiness like berries on shortbread. The acidity resets your palate between bites, so the last cracker tastes as good as the first.

The kitchen is back open!

We’ve switched up our hours a bit since the school year is starting (and kids don’t pick themselves up, unfortunately).

We’ve also got Music in the Vineyard at Ardon Creek on several upcoming Fridays, so we’ll be opening at 5 PM, with the kitchen limited to Charcuterie Boxes only.

So, for the next month or two:

Mon–Thu: 3:30–9 PM
Fri: 5–9 PM (Music Night = Charcuterie Boxes only)
Sat: 12–10 PM
Sun: 12–6 PM

Well, it's that time again. Rain's potentially moving in, so we're postponing our Music in the Vineyard- Full Circle until October 9. As always, sorry for the inconvenience, we wish the rain would cooperate a bit more, but it is what it is.

The Creek: An Ardon Creek Lounge will still be open and Contrary Brewing will be having Doug Brundies from 6-9PM if you'd still like some entertainment tonight. Spread the word, please.

Kitchen's closed the next few days and hours will be limited during weekdays (5-9), while I'm out due to illness.

Bar service and charcuterie boxes will still be available while the rest of the crew runs the show.
