“The Buried City”, Smoke Wagon Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout - 13.8%
Buried long ago and sealed beneath time, this imperial stout spent a full year maturing inside freshly dumped Smoke Wagon bourbon barrels. When pulled from the wood, we uncovered complex layers of dark chocolate, brownie batter, toasted sugar cane, oaky vanilla, and lingering bourbon warmth.
“Arcade Pils”, Pilsner - 5%
A new addition to our core lineup, Arcade Pils is brewed with a blend of our favorite North American and German ingredients to create a full flavored, easy drinking pilsner. Crisp and dry, with an assertive yet balanced bitterness and tantalizing floral, earthy hop aromas on the nose, we think you’ll drink a lot of these.
Easy drinking. High score every time.
“The Hop Exchange”, New Zealand IPA DDH w/ NZ Cascade, Nelson & Motueka - 7%
Collab w/
Overripe white grape, passionfruit, and earthy, dank grapefruit jump out of the glass, followed by bright lemon-lime, red berry, and classic NZ hop diesel on the palate. Dry, but hop saturated in all the right ways.
“Size Matters Not”, Hazy IPA DDH w/ Citra, Galaxy, Motueka & Experimental D5-055 - 7.4%
The force is strong with this one. Creamy and full bodied, huge notes of peach, papaya & fresh pineapple, and a hint of zesty lime. Permission to hop in an X-Wing and blow something up? Permission granted.
“Singularity Chain”, Barrel Aged Saison Blend w/ Zinfandel Grape must and Nelson Hops - 6.5% ABV
We hand selected and blended three mixed fermentation, foudre and wine barrel aged saisons, each conditioned in a different way. One was dry hopped and aged on Nelson hops, one conditioned on Zinfandel grape must, and one left without adjuncts.
We blended these unique, funky saisons together and finished the final blend with Zinfandel grape juice.
The result is jammy, funky, and tannic, with a deep rustic farmhouse character and a berry forward, brambly, earthy palate. Restrained acidity and a touch of sweetness round it out. A true blend of years worth of 8 bit Brewing history.
