That could be you right now. Sitting back, watching the waves roll in, wondering if fish get thirsty while you smash a “Calling in Sick”.

DDH w/ Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Rakau & Riwaka. This 8% beaut tastes like fresh-squeezed citrus, ripe tropical fruit, peach sorbet and a little dank island breeze.

For the first time ever, “Redpool” is available in cans!

Over the last year, we’ve spent a lot of time dialing this beer in, reworking the recipe and taking inspiration from the classic European reds we love. We’re stoked on where it’s landed.

Along the way, Redpool picked up a Bronze Medal at the Brewers Cup of California, which was a pretty awesome sign that all that tinkering paid off.

Come grab a pint, snag a 4-pack to go and give Redpool some love!

Meet “Six Shooter”, our newest cocktail-inspired hard seltzer brewed in collaboration with our friends Burgeon Beer

Inspired by the classic Mexican Firing Squad, this 12% sipper brings together pomegranate, lime, orange blossom water, pomegranate molasses and aromatic bitters for a tangy, fruity flavor with floral aromatics and a subtle earthiness. Bright, zesty and dangerously refreshing, all made right here in our brewery.

Served on draft over ice with a dehydrated lime garnish. We also have a limited amount of 500ml bottles to go!

Collab w/ Single Hill Brewing Co.

We’re excited to be a part of this year’s Grainmaker Festival with LINC Malt and Cold Stream Malt & Grain Co.. The festival pairs breweries together to showcase different brewing techniques while highlighting the incredible malt LINC is producing.

We had the crew from Single Hill come down from Yakima to brew this one with us. Built on a base of Lyon Pilsner, we layered in Lyon Munich, pale rye and just a kiss of spelt before absolutely loading it up with Freestyle Hops NZ Cascade, Nelson and Nectaron.

Expect pithy orange and grapefruit peel upfront, backed by sweet, resinous Sour Diesel cannabis notes and intensely overripe mango and red berry.

On draft and in 4 packs to go tomorrow at the Brewstro! 🍻
