🌿💨 Spanning Time West Coast IPA – 7.5% Mosaic, Vista & Cashmere from unique lots at CLS Farms in Yakima. Dry, aromatic, bitter, and infinitely sippable. 🎯🌲

🫐🍋 Imperial Acai & Yuzu Cider – 8.4% Off-dry imperial cider loaded with acai and bright yuzu. Rich berry, tropical fruit, citrus spark, big juicy finish. Eight point four percent of pure chaos. 😤🌺

🌿🍏 Dry Apple – 6.5% 100% organic PNW apples — Granny Smith, Pink Lady & Golden Russet. Fermented with Sauvignon Blanc yeast, cellared three months. Silver at the 2024 NWCA. Crisp, clean, and pairs with literally everything from kale salads to a burger loaded with caramelized onions. A cider that has its life together. 🥗🏅

🫐🌿 Palisades Blackberry Sage Cider – 6.5% Blackberries and sage slow dancing at sunset. Tangy, tart, herbal, and deeply PNW. That description alone deserves a can. 🌅😮‍💨

🌲🌿 Dripping Earth Fir Tip Pale Ale – 5.1% Brewed with locally foraged fir tips and young fir branches. German pils, English pale & flaked oats. Centennial, McKenzie & Simcoe in the kettle. 🍊☀️ Tangerine Lager – 4.7% A German Helles with 100% real tangerine juice added until it was perfect. Light, clean, sunny, and dangerously crushable. ☀️

🍓🌅 Ponchatoula Strawberry Lager – 4.2% 10 gallons of fresh strawberry juice in a silky smooth lager. Tastes like a summer night on a Louisiana front porch. We didn’t know we needed this. We were wrong. 🏡

Tea Time Terror Strawberry Arnold Palmer – 8% Hard iced tea meets strawberry lemonade at 8%. Unhinged in the best way. ☕😈

🍺 Totten’s Best Bitter – 4.1% Simpson’s Maris Otter, crystal malts, malted spelt & Brewers Gold. A proper English bitter done with care and intention. Old school cool. 🇬🇧✨

🖤 Ilk Milk Stout – 4.4% Smooth, roasty, creamy, and lightly sweet. Lactose doing what lactose does. Olympia, WA doing what Olympia does. Easy and satisfying in every sip. 🥛☕

🤝🌿 Victory Nap Pale – 5.3% linked up with AND to celebrate 10 years of — and the result is a dry, crisp West Coast Pale pushing into XPA territory. Pils malt, Simcoe & Riwaka, cool fermented.
