Breaks my heart to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances, the Roxanne Buompensiero annual Halloween party is unfortunately cancelled this year. Although she was really looking forward to it; something has come up and she would like to sincerely apologize for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause.
