Oktoberfest just took over Station 34. 🍻
Our new Chef’s Specials have officially dropped, and this lineup is packed with bratwurst, b**r cheese, pretzel buns, schnitzel, sauerkraut, and all the German-inspired goodness your appetite can handle.
On the menu:
🍺 Hot German Potato Salad
Tender roasted fingerling potatoes and thick-cut bacon tossed in a garlicky dijon vinaigrette, finished with fresh parsley and chives.
🍺 Schnitzel Schliders
Locally-sourced prime pork cutlets, hand-breaded and pan-fried, topped with lemon garlic aioli, arugula, and pickled red onions on mini pretzel buns.
🍺 Oktoberfest Bier Braised Bratwurst
Oktoberfest bratwurst from Ream’s Meat Market, braised in a Spaten Oktoberfestbier bath, nestled in a toasted hoagie roll, and topped with caramelized b**r onions, Bavarian sauerkraut, and spicy brown mustard aioli. Served with your choice of side.
🍺 Flammkuchen Flatbread
A 16” thin and crispy flatbread with crème fraiche, caramelized b**r onions, fresh garlic, Wisconsin brick cheese, smoked bacon, and fresh chives.
🍺 Giant Bavarian Pretzel
A giant Bavarian pretzel served with spicy brown mustard aioli and Tillamook cheddar b**r cheese.
🍺 B**r Cheese Pretzel Burger
A 1/2 lb coarse ground beef patty topped with Tillamook cheddar b**r cheese, sliced red onion, roasted jalapeños, and mayo on a pretzel bun. Served with your choice of side.
🍺 Pulled Corned Beef Reuben
1/3 lb corned beef brisket b**r-braised in Krombacher Pilsner, hand-shredded, and piled high on a rye bun with Bavarian sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and thousand island. Served with your choice of side.
🍺 Munich Brizza
A 12” hand-tossed pretzel-crusted and salted pizza crust made from scratch, topped with b**r cheese, pinched Oktoberfest bratwurst, caramelized b**r onions, Wisconsin brick cheese, and roasted bell peppers.
