Hello All,

After several inquires, we (The 50) offer rentals for private events that does not charge a cover price. There is an event deposit that is refundable if the building is the condition upon entrance. We also have a contract in which renters must comply.

Baby Showers, Day Parties, Luncheons etc.: $500 with usage hour being from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Event usage from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. on Friday is $700 and $1100 on Saturday.
