Update: Food Safety Improvements at Sumo Moses Lake

We sincerely apologize for the concerns caused by our recent health inspection.
We take full responsibility — and more importantly, we took immediate action.
We deployed our corporate culinary and operations team to the Moses Lake location to conduct a comprehensive on-site correction and deep operational reset.
Actions taken include:

✔ Full deep cleaning and sanitation of the entire kitchen
✔ Replacement and upgrade of food storage containers
✔ Daily kitchen safety checklist with clear accountability
✔ Cooking time & discard time tracking for all prepared items
✔ Real-time temperature monitoring and verification
✔ Strict date labeling for all ingredients and containers
✔ Full staff retraining and standardized procedures

These are not temporary fixes — they are now part of our daily operations and strictly enforced.

We understand that trust is built through action, not words.
We welcome our guests to visit and see the improvements for themselves.
We will continue to update you after our follow-up inspection.
