Our 11th-year celebration burger.🍔 🙌

Eleven years. One legendary burger. One new Boss.

The Elevenses is our anniversary nod to The Boss, one of the original Tapped favorites.

We kept the spirit-beef, blue cheese, horseradish, and greens and turned it up to eleven with Montreal seasoning, aged blue cheese, house apple-onion chutney, horseradish aioli, and watercress.

Beverage Pairings:

West Coast IPA, particularly one with enough bitterness to stand up to the blue cheese and enough citrus/pine character to complement the apple. A West Coast IPA gives you bitterness to reset the palate, while its citrus and hop character play nicely with the apple and cut through the richness.

Dry Hard C***r, Crisp apple character complements the chutney and bacon, while refreshing acidity cuts through the rich blue cheese.

Rosé of Pinot Noir, Bright acidity and delicate red fruit balance the burger’s richness and complement its sweet-savory apple-onion chutney.
