Yesterday we got to showcase new Rare Character whiskies now available in Idaho. Today is another new release, and no, it's not Malort (yet!). It's Sarti Rosa, the mango and passion fruit aperitivo behind the Spritz that took over Summer 2026. We might be winding down on those hot summer days, but Sarti has not got the memo it's basically Fall. Come in for a Spritz and hold out for a little more summer! 😎

New to Idaho and new to us, Rare Character! As a non-distilling producer, they have built a huge following around sourcing rare and unique barrels from across many top distilleries, including some brands out of operation or barrel sources that are kept secret. Here we have their limited rye and bourbon, along with the excellent Pride of Anderson County! It's great to have them in Idaho and exactly why we offer everything in half pours. Try a little of them all!🥃

We are proud sponsors of Cat Videos at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre this weekend - an amazing event with ticket sales supporting Humane Society of the Palouse! And because we are cat lovers too (and can't resist a good themed cocktail challenge) we created the Meow-jito with real, human-grade catnip tea as a special for this weekend. It won't give you the zoomies, but is surprisingly refreshing with hints of lemongrass and black tea!😸🍹
