SOULMATE BREWING IS GROWING — AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PARTNERS.
If you’ve experienced Soulmate as a guest, you know there’s something special about our culture, people, and atmosphere. As we grow, our focus is on continuing that guest experience while expanding Soulmate’s distribution throughout Vermont.
🍽️ FOOD-SERVICE PARTNERSHIP
We’re looking for an established restaurant, chef, food business, or catering company interested in building and operating their own complementary food business within Soulmate.
We’re looking for someone passionate about food and hospitality, with the experience and entrepreneurial drive to make the opportunity their own.
The concept is simple: you focus on great food and running your kitchen; we focus on great b**r, hospitality, and the guest experience.
With distribution in full swing we currently have limited taproom hours, but with the right partner and team in place, we see an opportunity to expand our hours together. Eying our original four days.
One advantage of this model is that the food partner would not need to build a separate front-of-house staff. Soulmate’s FOH team would handle the guest experience and food transactions, allowing the businesses to share the cost of that team while each focuses on what they do best.
There is significant opportunity for:
• Lunch and takeout — a new daypart for Soulmate
• Taproom food service
• Catering and private events
• Expanded hours and growth
We’re not looking to simply fill a kitchen. We’re looking for a passionate food operator who wants to grow their own business while becoming a complementary part of the Soulmate experience.
You bring the food expertise. We bring the 32 medal award winning brewery, taproom, hospitality team, and customer base. Together, we can build something stronger for both businesses.
🍻 FRONT-OF-HOUSE STAFF
We’re also looking for bartenders and servers to join the Soulmate team.
Personable, punctual, and reliable people with Thursday–Sunday availability. Valid Vermont DLC license required for servers/bartenders 21+. Experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
