Barnegat Bay Oysters mignonette, leche de tigre
CHAMPAGNE BARON-FUENTÉ, MILLÉSIME BRUT | 2013
Its pale gold robe with soft green glints, becomes golden over the years. A beautiful cord of fine bubbles accompanies its delicate and elegant nose hinting at the majority of Chardonnay used. Its bouquet is a subtle mix of ripe citrus and fresh fruit, and in particular white peaches. The black grape varieties then begin to reveal notes of small red fruit and its marked vinosity.

Rouge Gorge is the name of this delicious cult wine that's named after the red throated robins which inhabit the vineyards. This is a red wine made from the local Pineau d'Aunis grape variety - the most aromatic red grape in the Loire valley.

Domaine François Buffet is a Burgundy family-run domaine, which dates back to 1692, and is currently managed by Marc-Olivier, son of François, though still with help from his parents. The family had a very successful negociant business, under the name Ferdinand Buffet, until the 1930s when fortunes were lost in the great crash. Even so, there is an impressive range of Volnay (Taillepieds, Clos des Chenes, Champans, Carelles, Clos de la Rougeotte) and Pommard (Rugiens, Clos Micot, Poutures) vineyards.

Les Bosquets des Papes has been a working vineyard in Chateauneuf du Pape since 1860. Founded by the Boiron family, the Domaine has been owned by the same family for 6 generations. 75% Grenache with 11% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and various grapes in the blend. The terroir is rocks, stones, sand, and clay.
