Smoked Pork Tenderloin on the special board again this Monday since it went so well last Monday. Also, don't forget, All-U-Can-Eat Crablegs this Thursday, Feb. 12th. Beat the crowd on Valentine's Day and show up a couple days early and treat that special someone. Lastly, Fat Tuesday, Feb. 17th. You don't want to miss that one if you are a mudbug Cajun lover!!!

A few dates to keep in mind for February. Tomorrow, Feb. 2nd, we will have smoked pork tenderloin medallions on special until we run out. Feb. 12th we will feature our All-U-Can-Eat Crablegs starting at 4:00 that evening. Feb. 14th is of course Valentine's Day. Lastly, Feb. 17th is Fat Tuesday. We will have our Boiled Crawfish and Shrimp Boil with Potatoes, Corn, and Sausage. All-U-Can-Eat Cajun consisting of Red Beans, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Shrimp Creole, and Crawfish Etouffee. Specialty seafoods such as Alligator, Froglegs, Shrimp, and fried Crawfish tails. Also, don't forget to grab a complimentary piece of King Cake and wash it all down with one of our tasty Hurricanes. Looking forward to seeing everyone!!!

Dishwasher that is able to work day or night that has no physical limitations. We are open Monday thru Saturday so must be flexible to work anytime during those 6 days.

Cook that is also flexible and can work any shift Monday thru Saturday. We provide a structured environment and would enjoy employing someone with some ambition and positive work attitude. Pay will be based on experience and willingness to work.
